I booked the “Promo” for Botox and 30 minute facial. I didn’t get the facial - she said I’d have to come back (even though I confirmed when I booked it was at the same time). I live out of town so no, I’m not going back for my “free facial” - so the promo was BS. I had to wait almost 30 mins past my apt time. As I was about to get the injections they told me the promo uses Dysport - not Botox (dysport is diluted and typically cheaper per unit). I had to pay $100 booking fee that goes toward the treatment which I had to remind them about. I feel like a fell for a cheap Groupon “promo” and didn’t even get what I paid for. I won’t be back and I will also post about this in all the local Vancouver cosmetic groups I’m part of so no one else deals with this. I paid 500 for dysport and no facial. Very frustrating.

Speaking from the professional experience knowing how impossible is to get rid of the fat sell unless it’s membrane is broken by frequency… this clinic offers that technology! Non-invasive and zero down time. It took me only 4 sessions to see visible changes, highly recommend it! They also have sculpting machine that can help with ether lagging muscles to get them in better shape or help those who experiencing muscle waisting or paralyses. It is an amazing technology to reduce sarcopenia or do a rehab. Very clean and modern. I think they offer bunch of other things but I was after these two specific devises and was very happy to find both of them in one spot!

Been doing spa medical treatments here for fat removal and staff here are excellent and great treatment and they got lots of other services here ...am interested in the future to do more & other treatments....parking around and public transportations bus stops on both sides of the street

Be careful with this place, months ago I had a filler done here, with unprofessional people, I paid more than 1200 dollars and they left my face full of balls, under my eyes and in other parts of my face, according to the “professional”, like I had leftover product, I was going to put some on my lips, I asked for something natural and it left my mouth like a duck, and she also injected me in my chin without asking me first, when I spoke to her that I didn't like the result, they told me that They would remove it, because I looked bad, that they were going to dissolve it, I sent many messages where I contacted this “doctor” she told me repeatedly that she was waiting for the product to dissolve, but she never responded or kept making me wait, I told them that I wanted my money back because I paid for something that they were going to take back because they did their job poorly, I sent photos of my face and I waited and waited, with no positive response for me, I had to spend Christmas and New Year with my face bad, imagine frustration, I tried to communicate by email, text messages, on Instagram and the only solution they gave me after months was for me to go to their consultation again, after more than 6 months, I don't want them to touch my face again, I just want my money back, I have evidence of all the messages and photos of my face as they left it, 1,200 dollars that should be returned because they stole it from me, I was bad for a long time because of this situation, emotionally bad and also with my bad face, a lack of professionalism and ethics in this place, if anyone knows what I can do in these cases, I would appreciate your guidance because these people simply took my money and stopped responding.

First time I've experienced lopsided brows and face in the end result, usually the process is painless and quick but i had rlly bad swelling and stinging from the botox here. Injector was nice but reception was extremely lacking and unprofessional, as well.

I have now had Botox, filler and the thread lifts here and everything turned out great. Beautiful Clinic, the owners and staff are very nice. The doctor and nurse injector are very professional and experienced. The membership is a great idea and they offer great discounts to their members. Just had fillers all around my face, under eyes and Botox on my forehead and crow feet. I’m completely shocked with the results, it looks amazing. Dr Charu was very patience with me and exactly know what to do. I trusted her right away and followed her suggestions, the results are incredible!

Booked my holiday Botox this year with these guys . Gorgeous, clean and festive studio in the heart of kits . Booking was an easy process . The injector and I chatted about some future procedures I want and she was knowledgeable and interesting. Great experience and will repeat in a couple of weeks. Thanks so much !
